Overview: A FedEx Truckload Brokerage Logistics Account Manager (and LAM Trainee) is responsible for selling transportation brokerage services by developing relationships with existing and potential customers. Develops relationships and negotiates transportation rates with freight carriers. Initiates and monitors completion of contract, transportation service, and customer follow up. Position Information: Selling - Customers and Carrier Group - Using telephone, email or other forms of communication, contact existing and potential customers daily to develop customer and carrier relationships.
